1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing the PG7 Anta website, or using any of our gaming services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the PG7 Anta platform, including registered players, visitors, and any person who accesses any part of the website. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

PG7 Anta reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. We will notify registered players of material changes via email or in-platform notification. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility

To register and use PG7 Anta, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under Philippine law governing casino-style gambling. PG7 Anta strictly prohibits underage gambling.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must not be a resident of, or physically located in, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of PG7 Anta, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from PG7 Anta or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gambling regulatory authority.

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on PG7 Anta. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. PG7 Anta will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

PG7 Anta reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) procedures at any time, including at the point of registration, before processing withdrawals, or when suspicious activity is detected. You agree to cooperate fully with any such verification process and to provide all requested documentation, which may include a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

PG7 Anta accepts deposits via GCash , PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. PG7 Anta does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. PG7 Anta does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit found to originate from a payment method not belonging to the registered account holder may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed all applicable KYC verification requirements before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and matching the details on your PG7 Anta account.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes. Bank transfers to BDO, BPI, and Metrobank are typically processed within the same business day, subject to banking hours.
• PG7 Anta reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

PG7 Anta may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn.
• Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• PG7 Anta reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms, or cancel a player's eligibility for a bonus if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Players who consistently exploit bonus structures without genuine gaming activity may have their bonus privileges revoked.

PG7 Anta reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players are encouraged to review the specific terms of each promotion before participating.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

Each game available on PG7 Anta — including Monster Hi-Lo, Sports Betting, Blackjack MH, Kalaka Bingo, Fortune Snake, Tongits Go, and Fierce Fishing — is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

All games on PG7 Anta use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are statistically random and cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by any party, including PG7 Anta staff. RNG systems are independently audited on a regular basis to ensure ongoing compliance with fairness standards.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, PG7 Anta will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the wager for that round will be refunded to the player's account. PG7 Anta's decision in such matters is final.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the PG7 Anta platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any such exploit must be reported to PG7 Anta immediately.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in multiplayer games such as Tongits Go and Kalaka Bingo.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the PG7 Anta platform or its underlying software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or PG7 Anta staff through any communication channel on the platform.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the PG7 Anta platform — including but not limited to game software, graphics, animations, audio, text, logos, trademarks, and the overall design and layout of the website — is the exclusive intellectual property of PG7 Anta or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the PG7 Anta platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform without prior written consent from PG7 Anta.
• Use any PG7 Anta trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Create derivative works based on any PG7 Anta content.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on the platform.

Any unauthorized use of PG7 Anta's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by PG7 Anta.

9 Privacy & Data

PG7 Anta collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We collect personal information including your name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, and gaming activity records. This information is used to operate your account, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, and improve our services.

10 Responsible Gaming

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PG7 Anta, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunctions, service interruptions, or connectivity issues beyond PG7 Anta's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any reliance on information or content provided on the platform.
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers, banking institutions, or regulatory requirements.

PG7 Anta's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude PG7 Anta's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12 Suspension & Termination

PG7 Anta reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms or any applicable game rules.
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• You are found to be under 21 years of age.
• We are required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order, or applicable law.
• Your account has been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon termination of your account for cause, PG7 Anta reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and to withhold real-money balances pending investigation. Where no breach is found, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your account at any time by contacting PG7 Anta customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after all applicable checks are completed.

13 Amendments to These Terms

PG7 Anta reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the PG7 Anta platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be submitted to PG7 Anta's customer support team for informal resolution. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. Players who are dissatisfied with PG7 Anta's resolution of a dispute may also escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
